A picture of Tyr, Norse mythological deity associated with Law and heroic glory. (wiki)
And Fenrir, the wolf son of Loki.
Based on the story of the binding of Fenrir, in which Tyr loses his hand to the mighty Fenrir.
This happens, because Fenrir was suspicious of the magic dwarf ribbon used to bind him in his trial of strength.
So Tyr, to reassure him, places his hand into the beast's mouth.
So if Fenrir found himself duped by the gods, he would take Tyr's hand, which he does.
Tyr's hand is a little larger than usual, kinda messed the proportions here and there.
